{"id":9019,"date":"2022-11-28T12:33:04","date_gmt":"2022-11-28T15:33:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informe24catamarca.net\/?p=24271"},"modified":"2022-11-28T12:33:04","modified_gmt":"2022-11-28T15:33:04","slug":"polemica-con-el-local-wika-guillou-fue-denunciado-por-el-empresario-segli-gandini-por-falso-testimonio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nvccatamarca.com\/index.php\/2022\/11\/28\/polemica-con-el-local-wika-guillou-fue-denunciado-por-el-empresario-segli-gandini-por-falso-testimonio\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00e9mica con el local WIKA: Guillou fue denunciado por el empresario Segli &amp; Gandini por falso testimonio"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/informe24catamarca.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/wika-ambos-duenos.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\"><\/div>\n<p>FUNCIONARIO DEL GOBIERNO DENUNCIADO POR SER AUTOR INTELECTUAL DE FALSO TESTIMONIO<br \/>Se trata de Cristian Guillou, quien es funcionario con \u00edndice en el Ministerio de Gobierno del Gobierno provincial. <\/p>\n<p>Los Dres ROBERTO JOSE MAZZUCCO y ANTONIO GABRIEL ACU\u00d1A, quienes son los asesores letrados de la escribana JOAQUINA CORDOBA GANDINI, denunciaron al funcionario como autor intelectual del falso testimonio de un ex empleado del complejo Wika, quien tambi\u00e9n fue denunciado por falso testimonio. <\/p>\n<p>Afirman que el empleado que recibe el apodo de \u201cChafa\u201d se contradijo en la audiencia testimonial como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n graves inconsistencias en su relato y que \u00e9sto fue inducido por el funcionario del gobierno Guillou para declarar a favor de \u00e9ste \u00faltimo en la causa que tiene como disputa al local denominado WIKA y que involucra al empresario Segli. <\/p>\n<p>En la misma causa habr\u00eda sido citada como testigo de Guillou la gerente de Adhemar Capital en la provincia de C\u00f3rdoba y amiga personal de Bacchiani, quien curiosamente no se encuentra imputada hasta el momento.
